Youth specialties is an excellent place for resources - they offer almost anything you need. Global Youth Ministries is led by the front man of Casting Crowns, Mark Hall, who is also a youth pastor. They offer the professional quality resources used and developed in their home church for free.

Group offers options that are more local (meaning you can drive there in one day) and others within the U.S. if that is what you are looking for.
